Energy Esoterics is a space for healing, self-discovery, and meaningful connection. I am a Reiki Master and intuitive energy practitioner. My work centers on one’s connection with themselves on an energetic and emotional level. I support clients seeking greater energetic balance, in awakening their own innate restorative healing, searching for clarity, or sensing that there is more available to them than what they are currently experiencing.
My path into energy work has been shaped by a lifelong interest in alternative and integrative wellness practices. Over the years, I have explored and experienced the benefits of modalities such as acupuncture, chiropractic care, Reiki, yoga, and various forms of energy healing, often alongside traditional medicine. Through these experiences, I developed a deep curiosity for the subtle systems that exist beyond what is immediately visible, leading me to explore my own intuitive abilities, connection to Mother Earth and to universal energy.
I am trained as a Reiki Master in both Non-Traditional Reiki and Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki III, and incorporate Crystal Reiki, Sacred Geometry and Unity Field Healing into my work. My sessions are intuitive and adaptive, drawing from multiple modalities to support each individual’s unique energetic needs.
Before fully stepping into my energy practice, I spent many years studying and working in architecture. My background in design and structure continues to influence my approach, bringing an understanding of structure, flow, and the importance of a strong foundational base. I work with the body’s energetic systems in a similar way: creating space for balance, openness, and ease so that energy can move naturally.
In sessions, I integrated this structural awareness with intuitive guidance and connection to Mother Earth’s energies, working with stones, crystals and sacred geometry as supportive tools. My intention is not to “fix,” but to facilitate an environment where the body and energy field can return to a more balanced and aligned state.
Through this process, clients are supported in reconnecting with their own inner awareness and innate capacity for healing.
