Welcome to Energy Esoterics, a sacred space for healing, self-discovery, and meaningful connection.

My name is Lara, and my work centers on helping people reconnect with themselves on an energetic and emotional level. I support clients seeking greater energetic balance, in awakening their own innate restorative healing, searching for clarity, or sensing that there is more available to them than what they are currently experiencing.

At Energy Esoterics, I offer energy-based alignment sessions, including Reiki, intuitive energy work, and what I call Soul Talk, a grounded, heart-centered conversation that helps you tune into your own inner wisdom. These sessions are designed to support restorative healing, relaxation, clarity, emotional release, and a deeper sense of alignment with your life path.

My approach blends training, intuition, lived experience, and Mother Earth. I work with the body’s innate energy to help clear stagnation, restore balance, and support your natural ability to heal and self-regulate. One may feel more grounded, relaxed, experience emotional release and realization, and feel more connected to themselves after a session.

Energy Esoterics grew out of my own personal joy and journey of recalibration and self-awareness. It is a space where curiosity is welcome, where your experiences are respected, and where nothing needs to be forced or believed, only felt.
