Energy Esoterics is a space for people who want to slow down, reconnect inwardly, and work with what they’re feeling on an energetic and emotional level. My work blends hands-on energy practices with intuitive awareness and grounded conversation, so you can better understand your inner state and move toward greater alignment.

Sessions are simple and direct. We work with what is present—physically, emotionally, and energetically—and allow clarity and release to unfold naturally. Some people come for healing and restoration, others for insight and perspective during times of transition.
